Deliverable Countries & Shipping Costs
We ship to next countries without customs taxes and free shipping for orders over 40,00€:

France Monaco For shippings to the UK, Switzerland and Norway, we charge a fee and we deliver the package DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that all import taxes will be charged to us.

– DHLOrders made, from Monday to Friday before 15:00h with payment confirmed:
– Order will be processed and send before 17:00h same day.
Orders made, from Monday to Friday after 15:00h with payment confirmed:
– Order will be processed and send before 17:00h the next day.
Orders made during weekend, with payment confirmed:
– Order will be processed and send the first workable day before 17:00h.
Orders without payment confirmed (bank transfers):
– Order will be processed and send next workable day before 17:00h, once payment has been confirmed.
Once the order has been shipped, it will be usually delivered in destiny:
– 24/48 h to Spain.
– 2/4 days to Europe.
– About 7 days to other countries.For other orders (minimum 15,00€), Shipping cost to Europe is: 9,95€
For orders outside of Europe the customers must pay the shipping costs. These will be calculated about their weight and shipping countries.
Customers also must be advised of the possibility of paying customs duty costs if applicable. It is customer’s responsibility to be informed about such costs

You can make an order through our online store and you can also make it through our e-mail.
If your country appears on the countries list, you must make your order through our website, if it isn’t thus, you can contact us by e-mail, we will try to inform you all possible conditions to shipping to your country.
We are not able to inform you about customs duty in your country, we could only inform you about product and shipping costs. The Customers must find out about customs duty in their own countries.
Confirmation orders
Once you have made an order, you will be notified with its state.
Once we have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number, so you will be able to follow your shipping state. Please note that the tracking link will need some minutes to start working after receiving this e-mail, as it has to be scanned by transport company first.
Sometimes our e-mails end up in providers spam filters. If you can’t find any e-mail in your inbox, please let us know by sending out an e-mail to JART Contact and we will send your order confirmation again.

Even if you bought as guest.
Through that link, you also could repeat the same order you bought in other occasion, with the same items you bought, so you won’t have to repeat the entire shopping process again.
You will only need, your Order ID, the name you used to shop, and your e-mail or zip code.

All formalized orders will be notified to customers with a confirmation e-mail.
Once your order had been sent, you will receive a new e-mail with your tracking number. With that number you will be able to see in which process of the shipping your order is.

Attached to every order you will receive important status informaition via e-mail, starting with your order confirmation. As soon as we have checked your order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We will inform you about the receipt of payment and about when your package has been shipped. We give our best to service you from the day you placed your order until the day you receive your package.Sometimes our e-mails end up in providers spam filters. Reason why you can request a refund without costs
– Item is faulty.
– Item has been wrongly described.
– Item is different from a sample shown to you.You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit the goods.
If you request a refund for other reason as:
– simply change your mind.
– make a wrong decision.
– Other reasonsYou only could request an exchange or credit for shopping, if your product has not been used.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping’s costs. In case of return, only the value of the ítem/s will be refunded.
You will dispose of 30 days to refund. Please, retain your online receipt as proof of purchase.
